Revela is made to keep your church's things on your PC. This page says exactly what leaves it.

Stays on your PC

Songs, scripture, sermons, Schedules, pictures, videos, names and everything you make. Revela works fully without the internet.

Sent once a day, when online

To the Revela licence server: a random code for this PC, a scrambled code for its hardware (so a free trial is given once per PC), the licence key, the Revela version, the PC's name and Windows version, and counts of what was used (for example how many services or layouts). Never song words, sermons, names or files.

Asked for

Messages from the Revela team, updates, and the Revela Store's list. Like any website, our server sees your internet address; it is used only to stop repeated free trials and abuse, and is kept in a short log.

Only when you send it

Share feedback: what you write, and a picture of Revela's window and its error log only if you tick them. Your name, email or WhatsApp number only if you add them.

Payments

When you pay online, our payment partner handles your payment details; we never see your card. We receive your name, email and what you bought, to send and manage your keys.

Who sees it

Only the Revela team. We do not sell or share your data. Our server runs on Cloudflare; installers are stored on GitHub.
